Yuki Onomura has recently been reminiscing about her university days, filled with irreplaceable moments of youth and thoughts of “him.” Out of the blue, she feels the urge to read her diary again.

Three years ago in April, on the first day of her third year at university, Yuki discussed how to make the most of her remaining two years without regrets with her fellow classmates Mahiru and Airi. At that time, Yuki felt dissatisfied with her student life.
While talking, she noticed Hiromi Tokunaga intensely staring at a cherry blossom tree, fervently scribbling with a pen. Suddenly, a gust of wind blew, and a loose leaf sheet filled with equations landed at Yuki’s feet. When Yuki picked it up and returned it, Hiromi thanked her and hurriedly left, forgetting his backpack. This backpack became the spark that brought Yuki, Hiromi, Mahiru Airi and Toranosuke together. They began to share their worries and struggles, supporting one another as they vividly spent the remaining two years of university life.
Now, Yuki recalls many cherished memories spent with the five of them. However, the five haven’t seen much of each other since graduating.
